April 25, 2005 - Wedding Stuff I'm not even going to apologize for this one. It's been months. Ah well. Here's the news. I got a job in the neonatal icu at the University of Michigan. I am really excited about working with babies and families and I start on June 6th. I graduate on April 30th. That's like...5 days. These are some pictures from my planning bio on the knot, my new obsession. Why is it that in the mire of nursing school, a wedding far far in the future is so much more pressing to plan? Pic of the church. Isn't it gorgeous? This is the church I was baptized in, grew up in and now I'm going to get married in. I can't believe it. Pinnacle Lobby This is the ballroom. It is set up for a business meeting, however. With the lights dimmed, black chair covers, and lush beatiful tablecloths with candlelight it's going to look much different. I would love this feel for the reception. I'm so. . . elusive and vague when I speak, but I about an amibiance, not necessarily about details. I want lots of candles though. Candlelight everywhere. Those minute details are for my mother to play around with. I do love the flowers, though. Let's emulate that!
I love these flowers for me.
I recently fell in love with this dress...In this color. Trust me, it would look gorgeous. I know this picture is super small, but it's a soft yellow and if you really really want to see it bigger, let me know. I'll email you the link :) But, especially with the church being gold on the inside and all. This material is so soft to the touch too. I'm getting excited just thinking about it! |
